BWIR started with the objective of supporting low cost machine design for our parent company. With the expertise gained, BWIR now specializes in concept development (either for a new machine or to add value to an existing machine), designing and detailing of special purpose machines and machine tools.
In addition to the above, BWIR also converts manual operation machines into semi-automatic or automatic machines. This may be carried out using reverse engineering through CMM output or otherwise.
BWIR partners with customers as an outsourced design house for precision mechanism and machine designs for industrial and consumer applications. Based on customer requirements, our engineers create multiple concepts for consideration. Once the machine design concepts are finalized, BWIR completes the modeling and detailed design for manufacturing. The final step is manufacturing support and testing.
Where appropriate, BWIR assumes the role of manufacturer and integrator of the completed and qualified designs.
